As a dentist who has limit his practice to dental implants and oral surgery, Dr. Murray manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Murray practices a full scope of implant dental surgery and wisdom tooth removal in Lethbridge, Alberta. He can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and performs a full range of dental implant procedures.

Dr. Murray's staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after dental surgery by a registered nurse. In addition, general anesthesia provided by a board certified anesthesiologist is available within our facility.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at Dr. Bryan Murray Professional Corporation are experienced, certified surgical assistants, who assist in administration of I.V. sedation and surgery. We also have a trained registered nurse (RN) to assist in surgery and recovery. All staff is informed administrative personnel, well versed in health and insurance policies. All RN staff is certified with ACLS and PALS.
